Environmentally conscious sea-culture technique

 

We leave the bottom of the sea completely undisturbed, and we do not deplete marine resources in order to obtain our scallops.

 

All scallops are farmed in Japanese lanterns or suspended cages in the ocean, obtaining all nutrients needed naturally by the scallops from what these blessed ocean waters provide. This process allows a continued supply of ultra-premium quality scallops all year rounds, and without harming the sea bed or the marine habitat of several species.

FRESH ROE-OFF

Freshly harvested lantern scallops roe-off for the US market.

 

Sizes: 40-60 count.

Packaging: Cases of 30 lbs, containing 6 boxes of 5 lbs each.


 

FROZEN ROE-OFF (by container)

Processed and frozen quickly for premium quality. Minimum quantity: 38,000 Lbs in a 40 ft container.

 

Sizes: A mix of 20-30, 30-40, -40-50, 50-60, and 69-80 (natural selection).

 

 

CONSTANT SUPPLY PROGRAMS

We can tailor a seasonal supply program. The benefits of working under such programs is that it assures a supply at a fixed price for a period of time.

 

It also allows for programming of production towards a specific size, according to our customers needs.
